I truly enjoyed myself. The customer service was phenomenal. Every one was very pleasant. The food was seasoned to perfection, I have not one complaint about my dining experience here. I can't wait to return back.

The food was good, the quantity was good, the hibachi grill at the table had the chef making a show of the cooking. The price was medium. Steak and scallops with stir fry vegetables, noodles, rice, soup and salad were $18.95.

I like the fact that you can be seated without a full table. Many menu choices, it took me awhile to figure out what I wanted. The show was ok, concerned that it looked like the food on the grill got stuck to it. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food.

The service is EXCELLENT! Food was fantastic, and the service was not only phenomenal, but they made you feel more than welcome. They treat their customers as family, and always make sure you leave with a smile, and 100% satisfied!😇

Just as good as it was when I was a kid. Love this place and the food is really good. They have good fast service and the drinks are good as well. Definitely a good place for hibachi. Can't wait to go back and try the sushi as well.

Lampu was great. Me and the wife got the house special a trio🍗🍤🥩 for $15 per person The hibachi show was good. But I think the service was even better, amazing in fact we had a white haired server with tattoos he was on it. Extremely attentive but not pushy. I like this place dinner and a show on Sunday night before G.O.T. that's "Game of Thrones" for the HBO have nots. If you like my reviews 🙏please 👍thanks.

The food is great here! The prices are very reasonable compared to most Japanese steak houses. This is closer to authentic Japanese than your run of the mill chain like Kobe. Overall very good.

Their record shows some issues with cleanliness I believe. Honestly I've never had a problem. Its always fun getting hibachi. Its always been clean and outstandingly delicious in my opinion.

I recommend the Lampu Special...a great tasting deal at $16. One star off for not including napkins and utensils with my to-go order. Luckily, I always keep a stash of plastic forks in my car, but I had to drink my soup like Cup-o-Soup.

Best sushi in Lake, Sumter, AND Citrus counties! Also happen to be the cheapest and there is a very strong amount of fish to rice ratio...not a lot of rice, but a lot of fish which means you get more than you pay for! I've been coming here since I was in highschool and happy to still see it thriving under new management. I miss seeing the previous owner's smiling face every time I visited, but the new owners seem to be maintaining the food quality.

Nice presentation of our food. He focused on saying & doing more for our 5yr old granddaughter that was with us while cooking, which we really appreciated. Ordered chicken & shrimp which was great. Jalopenio poppers as an appetizer which was uniquely different & very good. (has the heat!) Great attentive service. A nice family experience. Enjoyed by all

I had never been to a Lampu before because we normally eat at Yamato's. I can't speak for all yamato's but the one in Gainesville Florida gets a rare five stars from me. Lampu was average: good food, good service and habachi cook, fair prices and portions, but nothing was close to Yamato's.

Now let me tell y'all about this godsend of a restaurant. I live 4 hours away but I make a whole trip out of it to come here, go to the springs, and I always always get Lampu for dinner. I've brought a bunch of my friends here, hyping it up saying "man your life is going to change after you eat here". They always tell me that it lives up to what I have to say. Where else can you get soup, salad, steak, rice, noodles, and veggies for $11.99??? Folks COME ON. I live in South Florida where you get half of that for more than double the price. I'm starting a Lampu Fan Club.

Excellent hibachi!

Great food, better service. Always a great time coming here. The staff is friendly and eager to help. Ryder and Jamie are always on top of their game every time we come out. The cooks are hilarious and make amazing food. We come out a few times each month.

We love Lampu. The food is So tasty and good. We always have a great meal.

The fried rice was a little bland tonight. The ginger dressing on the salad was superb as always. The shrimp were pump and flavorful. Service was adequate.

Entertaining yet peaceful at the same time. Food was delicious and the show on the Hibachi grill was great as well! Would deff. recommend it to others! It is definitely worth the money and the long drive!

Good food! I only leave 4 stars because we got a very grumpy cook! Our kiddos love the “show” and he didn’t speak or do any of the little cooking tricks most of the cooks do so that was a bummer

The best yum yum sauce ever. Seriously. Doesn’t get any better than this. Clean place, super friendly staff, great show. Price is more than fair. Would give 6 stars if I could.

A really great time and the kids enjoyed it

Ordered veggie hibachi, well zucchini must have been the only veg in season because that and numerous onion skins were the majority of veggies. Can count on my hands the mushrooms and carrot slithers. Also, everything was VERY bland. The salad dressing had no ginger and was just a watery mix. Definitely not worth going and ordering from here, my last attempt to give them an opportunity for decent food.

Great food at a reasonable price for hibachi, always worth the extra 2 dollars to get extra noodles to take home too. I almost always get the dinner special which comes with a soup and salad, fried rice, noodles, veggies and choice of meat. They do an excellent job with chicken and shrimp but I always find that if I order any steak I have to order more rare than I typically would in order to not have overcooked beef. Make sure when you go to take advantage of the yum yum sauce offered with every hibachi lunch/ dinner.

Chef was great with my daughter and the server was also great always good we drive from Apopka to eat here

The food was good, the service was good, everyone was friendly, and it was an overall good time. I would have liked to have gotten a bit more meat for the price charged for my meal, but not a problem. We enjoyed the presentation and even the kids ate all of their food (they can be very picky at times). We would go back and recommend it others.

The best hibachi I've ever eaten. I have no problem driving 2 hours to get here to eat. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Good value for what you pay. Get the House Special and you get shrimp, chicken and steak plus soup, salad, noodles and rice. You also get mixed vegetables with it. The price for all this is only $14.95 plus your drink.

Went for lunch, with family. Good eats. Good Iced tea. Chef cooked food very nicely.....
